Each summer, we offer 6 weeks of drama camps to boys and girls entering Grades 2-7. The Summer Drama Camp program runs 9 am to 3 pm each day, starting on (in 2019) on July 8. Camps are held at the Bay Community Centre, Head of St. Margaret’s Bay.

We offer extended hours, for an additional fee.

Childcare will be available from 8–9 am, Monday to Friday, and from 3-5 pm, Monday to Thursday. Please note that there will be no "after" care on Fridays, as most parents take their children home after the shows.

Members of our Camp Staff will be responsible for Childcare each day. They will offer a safe environment as well as appropriate activities to the children who have been signed up for the week. We ask parents as far as possible to let us know they need childcare, and pay the additional weekly fee, when they register their children for the camps. The cost per child per week is $25.

Campers are divided into two groups: Grades 2, 3 and 4, and Grades 5, 6 and 7. Each performs its own play at the end of the week, but does activities and eats lunch as a group. We take up to 20 campers in each group. Please note that the age groups are firm; we cannot make any exceptions.

Our camps are based on the rehearsal and performance of a two short musical shows each week. All campers are expected to take part in the appropriate show for their age group; we do not have a component that involves “Junior Volunteers” who work on costumes, sets, and props but do not take part in either play.

As well as the weeklong camps, we typically offer a Sleepover camp, two day-camps, a weekend Musical Theatre camp, and an Audition Workshop over the summer.

Camp Registration for 2019 will be (tentatively) on Saturday, May 11, 10 am – 12 noon. There is fierce competition for weeklong camp spots, so plan to arrive really early if you have a specific week or weeks in mind.

The Camp Flyer for 2019 will be available just after March Break
